Industrial Stream Leader Performance

**Position**: Driven by increasing challenges and evolving industrial context, we are seeking a curious, dynamic, and business-oriented Project Manager/Program Manager to lead a critical stream within our Industrial Transformation program. **Job responsibilities**: The Functional Perimeter on which initiative and projects must bring added value is - Performance Monitoring and Reporting within the Operation Transformation program (e.g. Cost Sheet Structure Definition to then support Costing process) - Transformation of Accounting and Controlling (e.g. Digitalization of P2P process) **More concretely, as a Stream Lead, you will**: - Lead and manage a portfolio of interconnected projects within your designated stream, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives. - Drive effective project management through the coordination of project teams, activities, and deliverables. - Ensure accountability for project quality (meeting defined standards), adherence to timelines, and cost-effective resource management. - Develop and maintain the roadmap for their functional stream. - Manage the prioritization and execution of projects within their portfolio. - Ensure alignment with stakeholders. - Manage the Stream Projects budget for the industrial perimeter. - Ensure compliance with corporate policies and security standards. **Profile**: - **Master’s degree**in management engineering or Finance or a related field. - **Project Management Expertise**:Proven experience (5/8 years) in managing complex projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment. _PMP or similar certification is a plus. _ - **Industrial Process Knowledge**:Strong understanding of industrial processes e.g. product development, industrial supply chain (production and raw material planning and procurement), Manufacturing Execution including quality control. - **Process Optimization**:Demonstrated ability to analyze, improve, and optimize industrial processes. - **Resource Management**:Experience in managing direct reports, third-party vendors, and resources in a matrix organizational structure. - **Digital Technology Acumen**: Familiarity with digital technologies relevant to industries / manufacturing - **Budget Management**:Experience in managing project budgets and controlling costs. - **Technical Proficiency**:Comfortable using M365 suite or project management software (Jira ) to issue required deliverables or reporting - **Leadership**:Ability to inspire and motivate project teams to achieve goals. - **Influence**: - **Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. - **Problem-Solving**:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. - **Collaboration**:Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - **Adaptability**:Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - **Change Management Skills**:Ability to influence and drive change within the organization. - **Strategic Thinking**:Ability to think strategically and align projects with overall business objectives. - **Results-Oriented**:Focus on delivering measurable results and achieving project goals. - **Language**:Italian, English.
