We are a growing team looking for a Disponente Ufficio Traffico - Notturno in the Operations department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office. WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Disponente Ufficio Traffico - Notturno you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like: own the relationships with carriers and give them support. You’ll be collaborating closely with the Head of Operations, the Operations and Quality Teams to ensure the best transport service and quality. Your working time will be organized in shifts from Monday to Sunday in different time slots, also assuring the night coverage. In this role, you will - Analyze business cases to develop the most attractive product solutions for new and recurring customers; - Analyze operational cases to solve logistics problems and optimize business efficiency; - Use your knowledge related to the customer’s business to identify opportunities and offer solutions and/or improvements that support the customers as well as our business growth; - Managing the day-to-day operations on site.
