We’re proud to be backed by leading European VC funds, having raised over €20 million. **The Role**: We’re looking for an **Implementation & Integration Specialist** to own and lead the implementation and ongoing success of technical integrations between Coverflex and our merchant partners (supermarkets, restaurant chains, cash register software, etc.). Sitting at the intersection of business, product, and tech, you will be responsible for the merchant’s post-sale integration activities’ success — from integration implementation to API updates and redemption experience monitoring. You’ll play a key role in making sure integrations are frictionless, scalable, and future-proof, while ensuring the best possible experience for both the merchant and the end user. **Your responsibilities**: - Be the main point of contact for all post-sale integration activities with merchants. - Lead technical onboarding of new merchant partners: from requirements gathering to testing and go-live. - Collaborate closely with Business, Product, and Tech to ensure successful integrations. - Diagnose and resolve issues related to payment redemptions or merchant-side blockers. - Ensure the ongoing success of merchant integrations: monitor and continuously improve the redemption experience, flagging friction points and proposing improvements. - Own and drive communication of API updates and iterations, ensuring smooth rollouts and clear impact awareness. - Detect early signals of potential issues on both the merchant and user side, and act proactively to resolve or escalate. - Maintain updated and detailed documentation, integration playbooks, and partner-specific requirements. **About you**: You’re not just someone who checks boxes — you’re the person people turn to when things are uncertain or unclear. - You’re **naturally curious and determined**. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll go find it. - You’re **solution-oriented and pragmatic**, always focused on delivering value over perfection. - You're a **team player**, naturally collaborative and always ready to roll up your sleeves to help. - You care deeply **about the details**, continuously seeking to understand the full context and uncover root causes. - People trust you to **follow through**- you commit to what you can achieve and you deliver. - You **communicate clearly and effectively**, with just the right balance of detail and speed. - You **simplify the complex** - especially when under time pressure - and always keep an eye on what really matters. **You have** - 3+ years of experience in partner integrations, solution engineering, technical/implementation consulting, or a related field. - Hands-on experience with integration processes, including testing, rollouts, and ongoing updates. - Strong understanding of APIs and merchant backend systems (POS, ERP, etc.). - Excellent analytical skills - you enjoy getting to the root of issues and making data-informed decisions. - A track record of driving projects across multiple departments and timelines. - Experience working in startups or scaleups, namely in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS is a big plus. - Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. - Fluency in Italian and English. **Your mission**: Ensure that our users have a seamless experience using their Coverflex cards everywhere. **Salary range**: For this position, we have a fixed RAL of about 35.000€ to 45.000€, plus a welfare package (2.500€ to 3.200€ yearly), meal allowance, and other benefits you can check below. **The stages for this hiring process are**: - CV Screening; - Interview with People; - Interview with Hiring Manager; - Case study; - Technical interview with Product & Tech; - Meet the team; - Final interview round. **Equal opportunity employer**: Coverflex is an equal opportunity employer.
