A fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading Luxury 5 Star Hotel groups in the world at their flagship property in Venice as a Restaurant Manager - the role is from February to October with a salary of up to 2800 Euro gross, plus substantial gratuities, holiday entitlement, pro-rated 13 and 14th-month salaries, end of service benefits, welfare scheme payments, accommodation in the staff housing is a possibility
- Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant luxury hospitality environment acquired preferably while working a similar position within 5* hotels
- Fluency both in Italian and English is mandatory; good knowledge of French is beneficial
- Strong leadership skills
- Be service-oriented and guest focused
- Experience with high net worth / profile guests
- Must have the right to work in the EU
