**Project Manager**

The opportunity:
We are searching for a Project Manager, to be based at our headquarters in Modena. The role will involve managing and coordinating projects, monitoring work progress and planning activities and timelines.

**Responsibilities**:
Define and manage product development strategy, from ideation to preproductions, stabilizing ownership and adhering to deadlines;
Collaborate with internal managers of the work streams of various departments (R&D, Design, Marketing, Operations, Quality, etc.) and external partners;
Manage suppliers (contracting, correspondence, sample control, reminders, order follow-up, etc.);
Manage design activities and product development with the aim of ensuring compliance with project constraints and time to market and optimizing costs;
Organize and monitor workflows and workloads and create work status reports;
Take care of the product management framework, from concept design to prototype to final approval, on time and on budget;
Work closely with the product design, R&D, supply chain and marketing teams to ensure that the product, process and tools are organized and optimized, and that product, quality and time targets are met;
Manage product customization, depending on market and requirements.

**Requirements**:
Master's degree in mechatronics or electronic engineering (minimum grade 105/110), or equivalent experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the role of Project Manager in established and well-structured companies

Knowledge of main product development methodologies will be considered a plus (e.g. Simultaneous design, Quality Function Deployment)

Accuracy, analytical and problem solving skills

Good technical skills in the consumer electronics industry

Excellent priority management skills

Strong leadership skills and a proactive nature

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel

Knowledge of GSuite will be considered a plus

Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Wrike, etc.)

Fluent English
