**Role purpose**:
Support the Company in the enforcement of antitrust legislation
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Implement the Company's competition compliance plan
- Liaise with the Parent Company in the execution of the Competition Compliance Plan
- Support the antitrust proceedings’ management
- Support the commercial divisions so that commercial/bid offers and contracts comply with antitrust legislation
- Carry out analysis of national and European antitrust cases of interest to the Company
- Prepare reports to the Antitrust Authority so that the primary and secondary legislation concerning the electronic communications markets are an enabling factor of the competition
- Support in the preparation of Company positions with respect to public consultations having relevance in the antitrust field both at national and European level
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- Degree in Law or in Economics with a specific focus on antitrust
- Preferential qualification to have obtained a master's degree in antitrust matters
- Proactivity, ability to work in a team, empathy, enthusiasm
- Preferential title to have carried out internship activities in the antitrust field
