**Project** Description**:
You will be an Office Administrator and join the Team in our Turin office. Your work plays an important role in ensuring the office space is well maintained while providing a high level of customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Accommodate visitors, internal and external clients - Keep office tidy and presentable - Operate switchboard and direct potential clients to relevant departments - Answer questions and address complaints - Coordinate conference room bookings and appointments - Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail - Manage all matters pertaining to office appearance and utilities - Cooperate with OPR Manager on local facility - Maintain database of suppliers and service providers - Issuing keys to employees and visitors - Order stationary, office products, cleaning and catering supplies - Maintain inventory of office equipment - Record all incoming invoices in our register, gaining appropriate approval where necessary, and forward to the respective department in a timely fashion - Updating FD Systems (ED, LuxTown) - Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals, where necessary - Ad hoc duties as required and directed by your line manager
