Panoramica:
- Medici Senza Frontiere (MSF) è un’organizzazione medico-umanitaria indipendente, fondata nel 1971 da un gruppo di medici e giornalisti. MSF presta la sua opera di soccorso in tutto il mondo, alle popolazioni colpite da conflitti, epidemie, catastrofi naturali o escluse dall’assistenza sanitaria. Al momento ci sono progetti in corso in quasi 80 Paesi. MSF è un movimento internazionale formato da 6 Centri Operativi e 23 sezioni ed uffici in tutto il mondo. MSF Italia è una Onlus italiana nel campo medico e umanitario e rappresenta la sezione italiana di Médecins Sans Frontières._
Il tirocinio si svolgerà nel **Dipartimento Programmi** ed avrà l’obiettivo di far acquisire al tirocinante competenze specifiche nell’utilizzo delle tecniche e degli strumenti di advocacy, nell'analisi di informazioni, nelle attività di relazioni istituzionali e di altre attività organizzative relative ai progetti realizzati da MSF.
Responsabilità:
Il tirocinio sarà a supporto delle attività di:
- Raccolta dati e aggiornamento database interni;
- Back office relazioni istituzionali (gestione corrispondenza, predisposizione talking points, redazione verbali incontri, aggiornamento CRM);
- Analisi e ricerca e/o iniziative di advocacy;
- Supporto per la realizzazione di workshop ed eventi;
- Segreteria di supporto del dipartimento (verbali, convocazione riunioni, gestione agende ).
Qualifiche:
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (B2)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (C1)
- Utilizzo avanzato del pacchetto Office 365
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di scrittura
- Abilità di organizzazione/pianificazione
- Teamwork
- Orientamento al risultato e alla qualità
- Motivazione ai temi umanitari e in particolare ai principi MSF
**Condizioni**
**Disponibilità**: full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.
**Sede**: Roma. La modalità di stage prevista è **ibrida** con lavoro da remoto e con alcune presenze presso la sede a seconda delle necessità organizzative
**Durata**: 6 mesi
**Inizio**: Gennaio 2025
**Tipologia**: Il tirocinio sarà attivato come curriculare (500 € mensili + ticket restaurant giornalieri di 5€) o extra-curriculare (910 € mensili + ticket restaurant giornalieri di 5€), a seconda del profilo identificato. Il relativo rimborso spese sarà definito in base alla tipologia di tirocinio applicata.
