Requisition ID: 6429- Location: Roma, IT- Company: ANGELINI PHARMA SPA- Professional area: - Job Description: **Main Activities and Responsibilities** - Oversee and manage in vitro and in vivo DMPK studies, collaborating with internal teams and external partners/CROs to ensure the generation of high-quality data - Review and provide expert opinion on all ADME, PK and PK/PD aspects on external assets during initial assessments and due diligence processes - Performing in vitro in vivo correlations to link in vitro data to in vivo performance - Interpretation and scaling of pre-clinical PK and PD data facilitating prediction of human PK profiles and dose - Work collaboratively with internal and external partners; preparing proposals, present study plans, data and key achievements - Effectively communicate DMPK-related data and their relevance to multidisciplinary project teams, management, and potential partners - Contribute to study protocols, analysis plans, bioanalytical reports, and study reports **Requirements**: - University Degree in Pharmacy (or Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences) - Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline with a minimum of 6 years of experience in DMPK - Fluent in English both spoken and written - (>6 years post PhD) Cross-functional career track record Pharma Industry knowledge of drug discovery and development **T**echnical and Soft Skills requested**: - Expertise in the design and interpretation of DMPK experiments, including in vitro and in vivo methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and cross-functional team environment. - Excellent mentoring and teaching skills - Acting with Emotional Intelligence - Critical thinking to solve problems. - Getting things done - Prioritizing and organising - Thinking with creativity and innovation - Stakeholder management **Angelini Pharma is an equal Opportunity Employer**.
