The Client Associate has the experience to manage the media process independently, thanks to a good knowledge of EMEA an extra EMEA Markets rules and procedures. The Client Associate will be in charge of Media Planning and execution according to the guidelines supplied by the Client Leader. We are looking for a Client Associate (Media Planner offline) to be employed in our Rome office **Job Description**: The Client Associate (Media Planner TV) will provide support on the coordination of the media business among different markets, for the assigned brands, with full level of autonomy. The Client Associate will interface directly with client Headquarters and Agency offices, and has the experience to manage the media process independently, thanks to a good knowledge of Markets rules and procedures. You will - Media Planning, Execution and Strategy, according to the guidelines supplied by the Client Leader - Active participation in the definition of communication strategies - Coordination with internal professionals for full 360° communication approach - Daily coordination within the team to supply media deliverables in the markets - Support in monitoring the implementation of Client global communication strategies in each market - Involved into a global governance framework including the organization and management of monthly call including both Client and agency local teams - Simplify complexities and deliver added value in each step of the international media management process - Management of Media Partnerships Qualifications: - University degree in Communication / Economics or relevant studies - Media Agency offline experience - Experience in Offline Media Planning TV - High skills in coordination and planning - Very Good knowledge of English - Good Knowledge of Excel, Power Point - Good knowledge of Kimono, Arianna, Kubik, AQX Nielsen - Accuracy, precision, attention to details - Able to work in team - Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Self-Starter Approach If you believe you match these skills, please apply We look forward to meeting you Additional Information Employees from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds encouraged to apply.
