As an Operating Risk Specialist **you will report to the Chief Risk Officer, covering tasks that concern both Operational Risk and Organization.**
**Specifically you will**:
- Assist in developing and updating Operational Risk Policies, Risk Procedures and Key Risk Indicators;
- Assist in the implementation of an overall risk management framework for implementing new products and product variations or new business initiatives and entities. This will include the continuous gap analysis and implementation of process & control design and improvements;
- Work with the first line of defense to identify, assess, document and regularly review risks of all risk types and coach the business to design and implement controls;
- Assist in the periodic risk assessment and communicate the risk vision and objectives to various groups to drive the alignment of risk’s policies or procedures;
- Realize periodical second level controls on core operating activities;
- Collect the risk incident datas and collaborate on the management process of it including registration of risk events, managing and delivering risk incident reports for senior management and regulators;
- Constantly develop and maintain risk tools and systems.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with good academic credentials;
- Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally experience in Operational Risk Management or a related role in corporate lending (Banks/ financial institution);
- Familiar with related regulations such as CRR, Guidelines on Risk Management Practices, Guideline on Business Continuity Management, Guideline on Outsourcing and other relevant guidance;
- Project management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
