**Junior Account Manager - Automotive Solutions - Verona**

**ASE Global is hiring for a Junior Account Manager to join the team and play a mission-critical role in supporting and servicing some of the world's most prestigious and extraordinary OEM Automotive clients via market-leading industry-recognized software solutions technology.**

The Junior Account Manager ensures that ASE Global delivers quality support for every customer: helping them to drive performance and accelerate profitability. Working with OEMs, dealer networks and individual dealerships to drive volume, profitability, and business improvement. Working to identify customer problems and devise programs that deliver a tangible impact.

**What Your Day Will Look Like**:

- You could be part of an exciting an innovative team that is growing
- In this team, you will be supporting and identifying the needs of new and current customers to guide them in how to use our products at ASE Automotive Solutions
- Working cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Overview dealer submissions and manage the validation process
- Contact Dealership Accountants regarding critical issues from submissions
- Overview and analyse reports with the franchise
- Identify poor-performing dealers and facilitate action plans to address the issues

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration, essential
- Accountancy background knowledge and understanding
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of Account Management experience
- Accountancy or financial background knowledge and understanding
- Strong verbal and written English and Italian communication
- Strong verbal and written English and Italian communication
- PowerPoint and Excel skillset
- A genuinely curious mindset, capable of quickly learning new systems, and the desire to grow and develop over time
- Flexible working will be required due to the nature of the role
- Legally authorized to work in Italy

**Great If You Have**:

- An Automotive background
- Have a Motor Dealer or OEM consultancy or audit expertise
- Training expertise
- MBA advantageous but not essential
