**Job Description Summary**: Coach, drive and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools across a operational or functional area. Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence/Lean roadmap for the manufacturing plant
- Opportunity to learn and execute Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Master's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent knowledge or experience)
- Work style: mainly office work at the **Sesto San Giovanni site **with some flexibility of remote
- Required Working hours: 40 hours/weekly
- Start date: beginning of May
- Language: Italian - mandatory with working efficiency
- English - mandatory
- Italian citizenship or valid working license for Italy
- 2/3 years of experience
