Per Azienda cliente, gruppo leader nel settore dell’energia rinnovabile, nell’ottica del potenziamento della sua struttura stiamo cercando Head of Project Development
- Principali responsabilitàLa risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo di impianti eolici sul territorio Italiano nell’area Centro-Nord. Riportando direttamente al Managing Director dell’Azienda, guiderà un team di Project Development Managers (PDMs) con le seguenti responsabilità:

- Coordinamento dello sviluppo dei progetti a lui affidati ed in particolare:

- individuazione di nuove opportunità “Green Field”
- acquisizione dei diritti reali sui terreni nelle aree interessate;
- sviluppo delle soluzioni progettuali sia dal punto di vista dei vincoli di progetto che della fattibilità economica.
- gestione del processo di permitting, finalizzato all’ottenimento delle autorizzazioni per la realizzazione e l’esercizio di nuovi impianti
- Coordinamento delle attività di supporto da parte delle risorse esterne al Team (Altri dipartimenti aziendali, Partners, Consulenti esterni ecc.)
- Gestione dei rapporti con le Pubbliche Amministrazioni sia locali che nazionali
- Assicurare il corretto passaggio di consegne dei progetti autorizzati verso la società di costruzione.
- Aggiornamento periodico verso il Managing Director sullo stato dei progetti
