**HR Services Advisor** **(**22000AMQ**)** **SEDE PRINCIPALE**: ITALY-ITALY-ROMA **ORGANIZZAZIONE**: AXA Partners - AP Global Support Functions **TIPO DI CONTRATTO**: Tempo determinato **TURNI**: Giornaliero PIANIFICAZIONE**: Tempo pieno **DESCRIZIONE** In Axa Partners ricerchiamo per la nostra sede di Roma (zona Tiburtina) una risorsa da inserire nel Team HR come HR Services Advisor, che si occuperà di attività amministrative legate alla gestione del personale. - Gestione e verifica delle variazioni mensili per il payroll - Supporto attività YES HR Italy - Gestione richieste amministrative (attestazioni servizio, erogazioni prestiti, procedure acquisti,.) - Supporto al processo di on boarding - Supporto alla gestione dei benefit aziendali (polizze sanitarie, polizze infortuni, polizze vita, ticket, - Supporto nella gestione del welfare - Supporto e gestione controlli audit HR - Supporto e gestione reports HR Services - Supporto alla esecuzione di attività nel Team HR **QUALIFICHE** **Qualifiche**: - Capacità di problem-solving - Orientamento ai risultati - Orientamento al cliente - Capacità di analisi - Capacità di sintesi - Doti di confidenzialità - Conoscenza ccnl e normativa del lavoro - Padronanza del pacchetto Office, Internet - Conoscenza Gestionale Zucchetti - Predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali - Conoscenza della lingua inglese **ABOUT AXA -IT** Il Gruppo AXA è leader mondiale del settore assicurativo e della gestione patrimoniale.
