**Posizione**:
Within the CIB - Debt Division of Mediobanca, you will be part of the Debt Capital Market Sales team located in Milan which focuses on the distribution of debt products such as bonds and loans to institutional investors, namely insurance companies, pension funds and asset managers. The Debt Capital Market Sales team sits both in Milan and in London with a global reach throughout Europe, Middle East and North America.

You will be required to have frequent interactions with investors and to work in close collaboration with other teams within the Debt Division, namely with Syndicate, DCM & Financing Team and Debt Origination, so as to ensure the best outcome for each transaction.

This position offers the unique opportunity to discover a wide range of debt products and to develop both technical and interpersonal skills within a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

**Your mission**

Being part of the Debt Capital Market Sales team, you will be required to:

- Provide strong support to other members of the team in covering institutional investors for all phases of the bond executions
- Generate analysis and keep record of interactions with investors that are instrumental for private and public loan market transactions
- Keep track of market trends and latest developments related to institutional debt investors

**Requisiti**:
**Education**:
Master’s degree from a business school, an engineering school or university with a specialization in Finance or Capital Markets.

**Professional experiences**:

- 3 to 5 years’ experience within a debt team in an investment banking context
- Very good knowledge of all debt products and formats
- Specific experiences in structured financing / infrastructure debt transactions would be a plus

**Personal Strengths & Skills**
- Collaborative and eager to learn with a constructive approach to challenges amid multiple tasks and tight timelines required by our activities
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Fluency in Italian and English (both oral and written communication)
- Additional language skills would be a plus
