Field Account Manager

Your tasks:
- Providing expert support and reliable advice to our customers, such as
- Identification of needs with regard to products or services.
- Presenting MTS systems and offers to customers in cooperation with colleagues.
- Informing customers about product changes and new products.
- Establishing promising contacts.
- Achieving sales success with long-standing customers and new customers.
- Ongoing market observation and evaluation, also regarding new business opportunities.
- Passing on information about markets, customers and competition to sales, marketing and product managers with the aim of increasing market share.
- Support in the preparation of quotations, monitoring of delivery dates.
Your qualifications:
- Completed studies preferably in the field of mechanical engineering, alternatively you have relevant technical and successful sales experience
- 5 years of experience in selling technical systems/solutions
- Product knowledge in the areas of testing technology and testing methodology is desirable
- Ideally sound knowledge in the field of materials.
- Very good written and spoken Italian and English skills.
- Confident handling of social media and office tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time in Italy.
- You have a valid driver's license.
