**Brand Manager - Skin Care**:
JOB MISSION
The mission of this role will be to develop and manage excellent product systems for image, effectiveness and market potential, therefore creating a long-lasting sustainable value for the Company and all its shareholders and contributing to raise the brand reputation and attractiveness.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the definition of the Global Initiative Marketing Calendar and Innovation Plan through a constant monitoring of the global skincare market, of the distribution channels and competitors (regular market visits, attendance to exhibitions, store check, meeting with suppliers and desk analysis);
Accountable for setting the Category/Line vision, value proposition and guidelines, and to own the definition of the strategic positioning towards competitors in the same market segment;
Accountable for the business potential (target cost, price positioning, margin, sales and innovation level ) and the business plan of each new product / line in order to get the approval of the project itself and to precisely monitor the performance over time;
Lead the cross-functional development teams for product and treatments creation across the lines of responsibility;
Own and create the specific briefs for design & development of new products and treatments;
Define the Marketing mix of each new product /line, including the Concept/USP, the key claims, format strategy and the price positioning;
Be responsible of the end-to-end process for new product / lines, ensuring all key deliverables are in time for the expected on counter date (PF, POSM, PIMs)
Act as the prime internal point of contact for GM/DM during crisis /NC, taking care of promptly informing of further developments.
Supervise the creative asset production, supporting if needed in the production arrangements, actively participating to shootings and ensuring execution is aligned to the approved Creative Idea;
Define and manage the category/lines - related budget;
Contribute to the analysis of relevant financials and reporting on product sales, including post-launch analysis, monthly sell-in for existing lines, distribution and stock analysis;
Manage Category and suggests areas for ongoing improvement (value improvement, formula/packaging upgrades, stock management);
Lead cross-functional or cross-lines marketing projects for the skincare, acting as leader within the team and for other departments;
Be the Category Ambassador, presenting with passion and competence with different stakeholders and in different local and international events;
Manage dedicated resources and is responsible for the training& development needs, ongoing coaching and support in prioritizing work and meetings preparation.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in marketing at head quarter or country level (within professional or retail beauty would be a plus);
Business insight and understanding of marketing context within the International Beauty Market, strong sensitivity to the beauty, skincare and wellness industry
Analytical, data interpretation and project management skills;
Highly motivated, result-oriented with the necessary entrepreneurial drive to make things happen;
Fluency in English and in Italian is a must;
Strong social and communication skills, curiosity and willingness to learn.
