‍ What You’ll Do:

- Define the product vision: Develop and communicate the product’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Product lifecycle management: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring continuous optimization.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with development, UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and maintain accessibility standards.
- Market research and analysis: Regularly analyze market trends, competitors, and user feedback to identify improvements and new features that add value to our products.
- Measurement and optimization: Track product KPIs, conduct testing, and collect data to continuously enhance product quality and effectiveness.
- Support for international growth: Adapt our products to meet the needs of new markets, aiding AccessiWay’s European expansion.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience: At least 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in tech or digital companies.
- Digital accessibility knowledge: A strong interest or experience in the digital accessibility sector is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills: Proven experience leading product teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Analytical skills: Skilled in analyzing data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
- Languages: Fluent in English (C1 or higher); other European languages are a plus.
