We are LINK Mobility, a leading international provider of mobile communications solutions, connecting businesses with their customers through innovative and reliable messaging technologies — _because every communication matters_.

We're looking for a **skilled and driven Claim and Dispute Manager** to join our international _Routing Team_. This role is truly global — you’ll collaborate daily with colleagues across all LINK Mobility countries, playing a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our invoicing and supplier management processes.

**Your main challenges will include**:

- Reviewing incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors by liaising with internal teams and suppliers.
- Managing supplier disputes with professionalism and according to internal legal procedures.
- Coordinating with the Legal and Finance department to detect, escalate, and help prevent routing-related intercompany billing issues.
- Investigating the root causes of routing-related issues, identifying the suppliers involved, and taking preventive actions to avoid recurring disputes.
- Communicating in a clear, legal, and formal manner with external stakeholders, always in line with internal compliance policies and procedures.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A degree in Law or an equivalent legal background.
- Previous experience in the IT, Telecom, SaaS sector, or a strong willingness to learn the intricacies of the messaging business.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to independently drive processes to resolution.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build effective working relationships with colleagues across different countries and departments.
- Fluent and professional written communication skills in English.
