For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Project Technical Leader, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects' lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
- Monitor compliance to practices, QA policies, performance standards and specifications
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Support the team in the adoption of new technologies and designing patterns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement web solutions
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

**Required Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Technical Project Leader
- 5+ years of C#.NET development
- Hands-on experience with SPA frameworks (preferably Angular)
- Deep understanding of OO & SOLID principles
- You've used best-of
- breed techniques and architectures (e.g. DDD/Event Driven Architecture, TDD/BDD, REST, SOA/micro-services, CQRS)
- Exceptional understanding of continuous integration systems
- Familiarity with distributed system (including logging, configuration and monitoring)
- Experience with message broker software
- Experience on building code that runs on cloud environments using PaaS mode (preferably azure)
- Understanding of containerization principles and frameworks (Docker)
- Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
- Communication and team management skills
- BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
