Since October 2020 HSPI is part of TXT Group and offer an extended range of professional services in Business Consulting, IT Strategy and Governance and Digital Innovation. **Junior Cyber Security Analyst**: HSPI S.p.A, a leader in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking for recent graduates/graduates to join the role of Junior Cyber Security Analyst. The resource will be placed in project teams at leading clients in the Italian landscape, with constant support from senior consultants and key managers. The figure of the Cyber Security Analyst safeguards the security of corporate systems and data from being affected by Viruses, Malware and Hackers. In fact, the term "Cybersecurity" refers to the strategy aimed at protecting systems, data, networks and programs from digital attacks. **Cybersecurity practitioners are responsible for**: developing, testing, designing and implementing digital security systems; assessing the vulnerability of the company's information system and remediating it when necessary; responding to cybersecurity attacks and threats; developing strategies to prevent cyber risks. HSPI gives the opportunity to train through on-the-job training and courses dein new professionals in this field. Each new resource will get to specialize in the following activities: define and integrate IT risk analysis models; review or develop ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301 management systems; develop Security Operation Center processes (CSIRT / CERT; SIEM, Access Governance); define requirements, design security architectures control framework development based on major international and national frameworks (NIST, SANS, ENISA, ISO, ISACA, CIS-CSC, CSA, etc.); develop strategies, business continuity plans, disaster recovery business impact analysis, dependency analysis; support IT Audit or assessment activities to evaluate the design and effectiveness of business process controls and IT processes. What is needed to apply? bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or STEM disciplines; good command of English and perfect knowledge of both spoken and written Italian; organizational autonomy and goal orientation; ability to manage relationships with different types of stakeholders; good knowledge of the Office package (Excel). **Preferential qualifications include**: knowledge of the ICT world We offer customized training plans, including attainment of internationally recognized certifications and ongoing learning of key industry best practices (e.g., ITIL, Prince2, COBIT); challenging work environment that fosters professional growth and career paths; opportunity to experiment in an international, young and dynamic environment; high level of autonomy and responsibility from the moment you join the company; direct relationship with company management and end customers; and hybrid work mode ( location/remote).
