Store Manager

**STORE MANAGER - MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO BOUTIQUE**

Nanis Italian Jewels, a leader in the creation of gold and precious stone jewelry entirely made in Italy, is seeking a Store Manager for its new monobrand boutique in Madonna di Campiglio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate all activities of the store.
- Lead the sales team, supporting their training and skills development, ensuring excellence in customer service.
- Maintain high visual and operational standards of the store, in line with company guidelines.
- Convey the brand’s values and passion through in-depth product knowledge and storytelling skills.
- Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and identify corrective actions to maximize results.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Previous experience in managerial roles within luxury boutiques, preferably in the fashion or jewelry sector.
- Excellent command of Italian and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of a third foreign language (Russian, French, German, Spanish, or Chinese) is considered a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation, with listening skills and ability to provide personalized service.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for the world of luxury, elegance, style, and attention to detail.
