We are looking for a Health & Safety Training Specialist to take ownership of our mandatory training operations in Italy. In this role, you will ensure the legal and regulatory compliance of all training activities in Italy and oversee the operational deployment of transverse training plans for employees. Main responsibilities:
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all local training initiatives strictly adhere to Italian labor law and mandatory requirements (including D.lgs 81/08 health & safety and specific compliance training), collaborating closely with the RSPP when needed.
- Mandatory Training: maintaining and updating the mandatory training deadlines ( scadenziario della formazione obbligatoria).
- End-to-End Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of training files, from course registrations and agreements to attendance sheets, completion certificates, and strict budget tracking.
- Operational Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with operational teams and the different HR departments to ensure day-to-day delivery of mandatory training and guaranteeing high engagement and participation rates to all the courses.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor updates regarding Italian training regulations, keeping our internal reporting tools accurate and up to date.
- Operational Pilot: Manage the logistics, rollout, and implementation of core transverse training programs, including Onboarding, Soft Skills, and Group global standards.
- Strategic Planning: Build and maintain the training calendar, manage employee invitations, and coordinate schedules efficiently across multiple sites.
- KPI Reporting: Track critical deployment metrics (completion rates, feedback trends) using Group tools, proactively raising flags or addressing challenges as they arise. Requirements:
- Administrative Rigor: You have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for precise documentation management, and the ability to hit strict deadlines consistently.
- Technical Skills: You are highly proficient in GSuite (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, Meet), with strong skills in spreadsheet management and database tracking.
- Local Expertise: You bring a solid, working knowledge of Italian labor laws and training regulations (or possess the sharp learning agility to master them quickly).
- Language Skills: You are fully fluent in Italian and hold professional fluency in English.
- Autonomy & Diplomacy: You thrive working autonomously, balancing sharp diplomatic skills with a people-first approach. You are equally comfortable supporting frontline employees in the field as you are aligning with corporate stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel: You may be required to occasionally travel to France (Aix-en-Provence and Montpellier) or through campsites in Italy. Contract details:
- Type of contract: Permanent
- Yearly Salary (RAL): 32.000€ gross + 4% of MBO
