L’azienda nostra cliente è leader nella produzione di componentistica che fornisce alle più importanti case automobilistiche al mondo. La sua produzione, anche su plant all’estero, si caratterizza per processi innovativi che realizzano prodotti tecnologicamente avanzati.

La risorsa, rispondendo al Vice Presidente, sarà responsabile della strategia finanziaria, contabile e di bilancio dell’azienda nonché del coordinamento dell’area AFC di cui garantirà il raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Dovrà supervisionare il processo contabile amministrativo, fiscale, coordinare la redazione dei bilanci di esercizio, del bilancio consolidato, guidare la stesura del budget degli investimenti, predisporre ed analizzare i report finanziari, gestire i rapporti con la società di revisione, predisporre analisi sugli andamenti del business, garantire la corretta gestione delle attività finanziare del gruppo, supervisionare la relazione con gli Istituti di Credito, pianificare le risorse finanziarie e supportare tutte le scelte in materia di politiche fiscali e di bilancio.

La risorsa sovraintenderà, inoltre, l’area ICT.

Il/la Chief Financial Officer avrà laurea ad indirizzo economico/finanziario, conoscenza FLUENTE della lingua inglese ed esperienza maturata all’interno di contesti strutturati, possibilmente con plant all’estero.

Capacità di leadership, di lavorare in situazioni di stress, capacità di ascolto e di relazione interpersonale sono le soft skills necessarie per ricoprire la posizione.
