**Journey with us** Combine your career goals and sense of adventure by joining our exciting team of employees Royal Caribbean Group is pleased to offer a competitive compensation & benefits package and excellent career development opportunities each offering unique ways to explore the world Silversea is the defining name in luxurious cruise travel by distinguishing itself in the ultra-luxury market with its elegant all-suite ships all-inclusive pricing worldwide itineraries and genuine hospitality All our ships feature spacious ocean-view suites with butler service and most include private verandas meaning you can sip your champagne from the comfort of your deck while watching the vistas beyond Whether you want to gaze at icebergs or palm trees the choice is yours Our ships sail pole-to-pole to over 900 destinations on all seven continents leaving (almost) no part of coastline uncovered We are proud of our reputation as the "World's Best" cruise line and seek individuals who take personal pride in their work to join our award-winning team **Key Responsibilities** - **Global events**: Help on the execution of the global events with several activities such as: - Coordinate implementation of activities with the different parties (including external partners/vendors) - Collect media profiles/trade profiles - Prepare programs for guests attending the event Prepare various materials (printed gift cards invitations brochures ) - Arrange gifts from scouting to purchasing and delivery - Coordinate the legal aspects for contracts with the legal team Coordinate Guest Speakers: CTR as needed GIF contracts logistics activitiesCoordinate Executives agendas to ensure their presence and activities during the event (interviews special activities cocktails dinners ) - Monitor and keep track of the budget and inform the person in charge (based in Miami) Follow the process of new vendor creation if needed - **Special products (World Cruise and Grand Voyage)** Support on the gifts scouting and finalization for World Cruise - Grand voyage and other special events (VS Reunion or other) - Help the coordination of regular meetings with the different people/teams involved in the projects Gather information about ashore events onboard events entertainers lecturers special programsinclude them in the brief for the onboard team - **Trade shows and Exhibitions**: - Handle the contracts between Silversea and the counterpart - liaise with the legal department - Make sure budget is respected and allocated to the right market(s) Work on the preparation of the stands help finalizing the media kit work on the possible gifts and materials organize the shipment and following up with the vendor If global Exhibition: liaise with the Creative team to work on the design of the stand - according to the theme Liaise with the markets to identify representatives and finalize details for the show - Keep Silversea’s information updated for each trade show/exhibition (through the portals) - Update internal presentations Thank you again for your interest in Royal Caribbean Group We'll hope to see you onboard soon LI-IN1
