**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking for an attentive and service-driven Pool Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our pool area is a pristine, relaxing, and welcoming environment for guests. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service, maintaining poolside cleanliness, and attending to guests' needs to create an unforgettable resort experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Guest Service**: Provide outstanding service to guests by offering towels, setting up lounge chairs, and ensuring all their needs are met while at the pool.
- ** Pool Maintenance**: Regularly check and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including water testing and ensuring all safety measures are in place.
- ** Towel & Lounge Management**: Ensure an adequate supply of clean towels and properly arranged lounge chairs, creating a visually appealing and organized poolside atmosphere.
- ** Safety & Cleanliness**: Ensure that the pool area is safe, clean, and properly sanitized at all times, responding promptly to any issues or guest concerns.
- ** Beverage & Snack Service**: Assist in delivering food and beverages to poolside guests, coordinating with the resort’s F&B team to ensure timely and courteous service.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the guest services and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations of the pool area, addressing any special requests from guests.
- ** Monitor Pool Usage**: Keep an eye on guest behavior around the pool, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and respond to any incidents or emergencies with composure and professionalism.
