Consolidation and Reporting Manager

**Posizione**:
**_We're fully flexible. As of November 2021, if it suits your role at Deltatre, you can work full time from home/remotely, from the office, or a combination within the same country as your contracted office of employment._**

The consolidation and reporting manager will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual consolidated reporting based on IFRS principles, supporting the Group Head of Accounting and the Group Head of Control.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the consolidated reporting/financial statements closing process, ensuring local team and external accounting firms meet the deadline defined in the closing calendar
- Review of the reporting packages / trial balances submitted by the group companies, for completeness, accuracy and consistency with prior periods / expectations.
- IC balances reconciliation
- Preparation and posting of consolidation entries and IFRS adjustments
- Ensure group accounting principle and policies are applied consistently by all the legal entities of the Group
- Support the Group Head of Accounting and the Group Head of Control in the preparation of monthly and annual consolidated reporting (BS, P&L, Cash Flow, Vendor and Customer Ageing )
- Support in the preparation of the year end consolidated financial statements under IFRS
- Support in the roll out of Deltatre ERP (Oracle Netsuite) to all the group companies
- Acting as point of contact for the external auditors for the topics concerning the consolidation process

- Degree in economic studies.
- Very good knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
- 5 years’ experience in a Big4 o consolidation role in a multinational group.
- Knowledge of consolidation process and IFRS accounting principle.
- Advanced computer skills on Excel (confidently uses SUMIFS, SUMIF, COUNTIF, lookups, pivot tables, and can manipulate large quantities of data and summarize).
- Attitude to data analysis, analytical review and data presentation.
- Knowledge Oracle Netsuite useful but not essential.
- Experience of year end audit and liaison with auditors.
- Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and ethics.
- Used to work with deadline, team coordination, precise and organized.
