Per primaria realtà leader nel settore infrastrutture aeroportuali siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di HR IT Business Partner.

IL PROFILO RICERCATO:

- si occuperà di reingegnerizzazione e ottimizzazione/automazione dei processi e delle soluzioni tecnologiche a supporto dell'area Human Resource;
- garantirà in ambito Corporate che quanto sviluppato a livello di soluzione IT soddisfi pienamente le richieste di Business esaminate in collaborazione con la struttura di Demand;
- aggiornerà costantemente ed efficacemente le strutture di programmazione riguardo i progetti di propria competenza;
- allinearà il proprio responsabile diretto riguardo i progressi e le criticità delle iniziative di sviluppo gestite che richiedono un suo intervento;
- collaborerà con le altre strutture di IT Solutions per garantire la diffusione delle best practice maturate in ambito di sviluppo prodotti;
- favorirà il passaggio di conoscenze verso le strutture di Demand Management, Security, Architecture e Application Performance management & Test;
- si occuperà di raccolta dei requisiti, analisi funzionali di processo, progettazione, disegno e realizzazione delle soluzioni ICT, supporto nel ridisegno di processi di business, predisposizione della relativa documentazione.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Buona conoscenza dell'Inglese scritto e parlato;
- Conoscenza delle metodologie di Business Process Reengineering e/o di raccolta dei requisiti;
- Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di Project Management, monitoraggio dei tempi e dei costi e capacità di utilizzo dei tool di project management (MS Project,);
- Conoscenza dei principali prodotti applicativi, fornitori e trend in atto riguardo i domini di propria responsabilità;
- Conoscenza approfondita del modulo SAP HCM (Time Management, Personal Administration, Organization Management, Training Event Management);
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale esperienza progettuali su piattaforma Oracle HCM;
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale esperienza, anche breve, in realtà strutturate in ruolo analogo;
- Costituiranno titolo preferenziale esperienze sulla versione SAP S/4 HANA.
