You have a taste for challenge, a commercial & marketing background and a first experience in this field, come and do your internship alongside our Marketing teams to acquire an enriching experience in an international environment. (Fluent English and Italian required)
- 6-months internship starting in January 2025_

Your tasks:
Based in Milan and reporting to the Brand Manager Italy, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the 2025 marketing plans on the Italian market, for the LEFFE brand.
- Activation: participation in the implementation of 2025 marketing operations:

- Contact with agencies, development of communication media and promotional operations in conjunction with the Trade Marketing department.
- Management of the annual partnership with Giallo Zafferano (leading food platform in Italy): relevance of the calendar, conformity of the recipes, integration of the brand within the content
- Influencer plan: operational management of the influencer project - planning, implementation, amplification
- Sampling: support on the development and roll-out of the trial plan
- Events: supporting Leffe presence and perfect execution in events
- Media plan: help with coordination of creative and media agencies
- CRM / Digital: leading the social media strategy and CRM plan together with the social media team (monitoring compliance and relevance of communications vs the brand strategy on social networks)
- Internal & external communication:

- Internal: insertion of marketing sections in monthly communications to the sales force, production of sales pitches in collaboration with the Trade Marketing department.
- External: carrying out public relations operations to maximize press coverage of our actions
- Market analyses:

- Category performance: monthly analysis of category results via panel tools (Nielsen, GFK).
- Ad hoc analysis of brand performance
- Competitive intelligence Follow-up of the marketing actions of the main players in the category: communication plans (press, digital, posters, innovation).
- Assortment: monitoring of projects for new references put on the market.
- Creative database: support in the collection and consolidation of Leffe assets to create 1 centralized database
