Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire a **Head of HR **based in Verona.

**Key activities and responsibilities of this role include**:

- Investigate complex Employee Relations (ER) issues in partnership with the involved stakeholders in order to resolve them and address grievances.
- Ensure regular contact with Works Council, Union representatives and other actors of labor market Safety
- Coordinating the payroll cycle in collaboration with the external provider
- Stay up to date on Italian employment legislation and maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements regarding day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Administering welfare or benefit plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Ensuring timely and accurate HR related reporting (monthly HR updates on salary and insurance costs, benefits costs, organization charts etc.)
- Working with and escalating more complex/strategic issues to HQ HR
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Participating in the annual budget review

**Job requirements**
- BSc. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or Economics or equivalent
- Relevant working experience of minimum 4 years
- Experience acquired in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Very good nowledge of current Italian labor rules and regulations
- Good interpersonal skills, empathetic with the ability of flexible approach to stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize regularly
- Ability to understand the organization needs and motivation of people and combine this towards business realistic development plan
- Good knowledge of Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Fluency in English & Italian (verbal & written) is a must
