Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is looking for an Intern within the Global Business Travel & Global Facility Management department.

Job purpose

The internship has the aim to:

- Support the operational activities of the Global Business Travel & Global Facility Management Unit, cooperating with Internal Department (Procurement, IT, Legal, Administration, HR, etc.), but also with External providers (travel agencies, company credit card, rental car suppliers, hotels, facility suppliers, etc.).
- Support the Direct Manager to project management main streams with a cross approach within the Department.
- Support_ _the_ _Global Business Travel & Facility Support Manager in the main daily operational activities: business travel management, Global Facility, car Group Policy, company credit card.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics, Politics, Engineering, Architecture.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of Office tools (especially Excel and Power Point).
- Analytical skills, communication, negotiation.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities.
- Ability to work in a team.
