Dabei legen wir großen Wert auf professionelle Standards sowie konsistente Lösungsansätze in Betreuung und Beratung.Für unseren Standort in Meran suchen wir eine(n)MITARBEITER/IN FRONT/BACK OFFICEDie PositionSie sind die Brücke, das Bindeglied zwischen unseren Mandanten und den Mitarbeitern, Beratern und Partnern der Kanzlei. Zu den Kernaufgaben gehören: Erste Ansprechperson am Telefon und persönlicher Kundenempfang, Weiterleitung und Bearbeitung allgemeiner Korrespondenz;Allgemeine Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter, Berater und Partner der Kanzlei bei der Mandantenbetreuung im Bereich Bilanzwesen und Steuern sowie bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten;Verwaltung und Koordinierung von Mandanten-termine und Organisation der Sitzungssäle;Entwicklung und Optimierung von internen Abläufen und Prozessen sowie Mithilfe bei allgemeiner Büroorganisation.Sie bringen mitHilfsbereitschaft, Empathie und kommunikative Persönlichkeit;Beherrschung beider Landessprachen.
