**Job Title: Tour Meeting Point Coordinator - Audio Equipment Support**:

- Location: Central Rome, Italy_
- Full-time / Part-time / Seasonal options available_

Travel technology startup seeking a dependable and tech-savvy **Tour Meeting Point Coordinator** to manage and support our audio equipment used during guided tours.

**Position Overview**:
As the Tour Meeting Point Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for tour guides and guests at meeting points in the center of Rome. Your primary responsibility will be to distribute, maintain, and manage our wireless audio systems that enhance the guest experience during walking tours. You'll coordinate with tour companies, tour guides and ensure that all equipment is fully operational before, during, and after tours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the setup and distribution of audio guide equipment to tour groups and guides.
- Assist tourists with connecting to the app-based wireless audio system (e.g., headsets, receivers).
- Ensure all devices are charged, clean, and fully functional prior to tours.
- Collect and inspect equipment post-tour, logging any damage or technical issues.
- Manage the inventory of hardware and accessories (e.g., batteries, earpieces, chargers).
- Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support for guides and guests.
- Communicate and collaborate with local tour guides to align on schedules and hardware needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the equipment station at the meeting point.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of smart phones.
- Ability to multitask in a busy, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Italian, are a plus).
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a problem-solving mindset.
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors when needed.
