**Accounting Specialist**

Job Overview

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Modena.

The AS will take care of:

- Recording invoices receivable (purchase invoices) for Italy, EU and Extra EU
- Issuing and recording invoices payable (sales invoices)
- Management of fees and web sales
- Recording bank transfers
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Support for the preparation of the financial statements
- Support for quarterly management reports
- Preparation of documentation for Intrastat
- Periodic VAT settlement

Reports To

The Accounting Specialist will report to the Head of Accounting.

Qualifications and Background

Specialized and Technical Knowledges
- Good task orientation and skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent in accuracy and timeliness
- Fluent English
- Effective problem identification and solution skills

Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance with at least 2-3 years of experience
