**Roles and Responsibilities**
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence
- Support in product qualification package
- Opportunity to learn and execute Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business.
- Exposure to Power generation repair workshop machinery & operating technologies

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Master's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent knowledge or experience)
- Work style: mainly office work at the **Sesto San Giovanni site **with some flexibility of remote
- Required Working hours: 40 hours/weekly
- Start date: Ideal on mid November but no later than end November
- Language: Italian - mandatory with working efficiency
- English - not mandatory but advantage
- Italian citizenship or valid working license for Italy
