Build, develop and implement Novartis strategic agenda to co-create with Regional Institutions future HC systems and solutions, based on current needs, PNRR priority plans and health trends. Shape the broad health, innovation, research, competitiveness local ecosystems and successfully position NVS as a long-term, trusted partner. Provide accurate and sharp socio-political analysis to relevant Novartis businesses.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Identify key policy priorities in alignment with business leaders
- Shape, support and implement the internal and external business and system environment
- In coordination with Regional Access and Partnership Lead, build a strong strategy and lead execution of advocacy on high priority topics, including their representation in key dialogue fora
- Act and execute with leadership and integrity
- Provide socio-economic and political analysis in respective area and impact on Novartis, advise senior management on policy and regional issues
- Role model the Novartis culture

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Market Access and/or Public Affairs roles
- Strong knowledge of the National/Regional healthcare system
- Political Science, Scientific or Economic Degree
- Fluent English and local language
- Residence in Central Italy (areas of scope: Toscana, Umbrie, Marche e Liguria)
