Per_**NUOVA APERTURA**_ **BURGER KING** a **RIVOLI **ricerchiamo un **ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER**.

**IL RUOLO**:
Durante il tuo turno sarai Responsabile del Ristorante e avrai il compito di garantire un elevato standard di qualità del prodotto e di servizio, coordinando un team di circa 15 operatori.

Nello specifico:

- Gestirai e organizzerai l'attività di cucina e sala;
- Coordinerai il team attribuendo a ciascuno la propria postazione e ne predisporrai gli orari;
- Gestirai le attività amministrative - gestionali (chiusure fiscali, versamenti, inventari);
- Controllerai lo stato degli approvvigionamenti, predisponendo ordini e produzioni.
- Formazione fino all'apertura del punto vendita in uno dei nostri BK di Moncalieri.

**SI OFFRE**:

- Iniziale contratto a tempo determinato finalizzato alla stabilizzazione
- Orario: Full-time di 40 ore settimanali distribuite su turni Lunedi-Domenica con riposo compensativo.
- Eventuale Livello/RAL: da concordare sulla base della effettiva seniority.

Retribuzione: €1.300,00 - €1.400,00 al mese
