**Job Description**:
The core responsibilities of the Client Operations Analyst are to provide support across our Client Leadership team. They will manage the day-to-day activities, such as supporting commercial tasks (invoicing, reporting) and providing guidance for processes and policies. The Client Operations Analyst will also work across our resourcing teams to ensure our project teams are staffed optimally. An essential skill will be collaborating with other department leaders and developing relationships to improve Client Operations processes. All members of the Client Operations team need to be self-sufficient, enjoy solving problems and have a passion for improving the way we do things.

- Willingness to learn new skills;
- A proactive approach to repetitive tasks;
- Commercial awareness;
- Data Analytics - supportive of reporting and dashboard creation;
- Microsoft Excel (Business Proficient);
- Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc..);
- Nice to have: Dynamics 36, Salesforce;
- Excellent English knowledge written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of German and French is a plus.
