**Internship Global CRM Campaign**:
Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry. While retaining always its DNA, in recent years Diesel has evolved into the world of premium casual wear, becoming a true alternative to the established luxury market. Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.

At Diesel HQs located in Breganze (VI), we are looking for brilliant newly graduates in Economics or Marketing to join our CRM team for an enriching and challenging experience within the Marketing and Communication department.

In particular, the intern will support the CRM Acquisition and Retention team in the following activities:

- Contribute to the definition of the Customer contact strategy and segmentation
- Analysis and monitoring of competitors on a weekly basis in order to identify the best practices

Main interfaces
You will be placed within the CRM Team and work closely with:

- HQ and Regional Marketing and Communication teams;
- HQ Global Sales and ICT departments;
- External local and international agencies.

What requirements you need to have:

- Recent degree in Economics and/or Marketing is required.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient use of MS Office, particularly of Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Proactive and flexible approach, ability to teamwork and determination to achieve the objectives.
- Be curios and interest in customer-oriented issues and in the fashion industry.
- The role is based in Breganze (Vicenza, Italy).
