- Searching for a dynamic, motivated, well organized and innovation oriented Project Manager to support WW Retail Training team in planning, developing, implementing and measuring Retail Training Projects for the Prada and Miu Miu brands at a WW level.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage projects, timelines and deliverables for WW Retail Training Team
- Manage content calendar, content creation and translations for micro learning training program
- Maintain deliverables/activity overall planning calendar
- Analyze data and Training KPI through dedicated dashboards
- Create and managing Activity and KPI reports
- Liase with IT and Digital Evolution team for development of tools and resources
- Interface with IT for LMS Platform management from course creation and participant enrollment to completion reports.

- Detail oriented with strong project management/organization skills and ability to manage simultaneous projects, maintain timelines, track deliverables,- Ability to work under pressure on tight deadlines while delivering excellence- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities- Problem Solving- Strong analytical mindset- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels and particularly when dealing with international, multilingual stakeholders- Team Player- Creativity and curiosity around innovative methods - startup mentality- Self-starter- Result-oriented- Digital Mindset- Fluent English- Skills: Excellent XL, PPT and Sap Success Factor. Knowledge of Qlik, Rise a plus
