We are looking for a Sales Assistant who contributes actively to maximize the performance of the boutique through achievement of sales and strategic objectives, assuring a great customer experience and optimum profitability.

**_This job position is open to persons registered in the list of protected categories according to Law 68/99._**

MAIN TASKS:

- Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales process
- Develop sales initiatives incl. high price item sales activities
- Greet, serve and advise clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receipts
- Receive and store the delivery of large amounts of stock
- Stock shelves with merchandise

PROFILE:

- At least three years of experience in Retail boutique
- Fluent in English
- Strong customer and goal orientation
- Dynamism, flexibility, leadership
- Ability to work independently, proactively and assertively
- Interpersonal and team building skills
- Ability to plan and organize work
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Stress management
- Passion for Art and Design
- Reliable, rigorous, with a high sense of responsibilities
- Accountable for the successful development of the boutique functioning
