Stiamo cercando per un'importante azienda del settore packaging, un/a **IMPIEGATO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE**.

La figura inserita all'interno dell'ufficio service, si occuperà delle attività di supporto ai clienti. Particolare attenzione sarà dedicata alla gestione dei ticket di richiesta assistenza, dal momento dell'apertura, all'attivazione degli uffici di competenza, solleciti, monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento e aggiornamento costante del cliente, fino alla chiusura e risoluzione della richiesta.

Sono richiesti pertanto i seguenti requisiti:

- diploma superiore ad indirizzo linguistico o simili
- ottima conoscenza delle lingue inglese e francese
- buone competenze informatiche, nello specifico del pacchetto office e gestione mail
- orientamento al cliente
- ottime doti organizzative e di problem solving

Sede di lavoro: zona Schio (VI)

Orario di lavoro: giornata full time

E' previsto inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: €28.000,00 - €36.000,00 all'anno
