Meet & Greet is looking for a **Travel Documents and Booking Agent** for our office in Rome. If you are passionate about travel and eager to dive into the exciting world of tourism, this is the perfect opportunity for you In this role, you will manage and generate travel documentation for our customers visiting Italy, ensuring smooth operations and providing top-tier assistance to our clients.

**What You Will Do - THE ROLE**
- Generate and manage travel documentation related to customer itineraries
- Handle customer documentation linked to bookings and reservations
- Issue train tickets and integrate them into the overall travel documentation
- Provide operational support to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients
- Offer exceptional customer service by assisting clients with any travel-related inquiries

**Preferred Skills and Requirements**
- A passion for travel and the tourism industry
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- A customer-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to exceed client expectations
- Basic computing skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Canva) and an openness to learning new systems
- A proactive and goal-driven individual who thrives in an innovative work environment
- Ability to meet deadlines with a positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage

Retribuzione: €800,00 al mese
