On behalf of Greentalent (part of the Aegis Group) our specialized line in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, we are looking for a:
**International Recruitment Consultant**

Greentalent's distinctiveness is its vertical knowledge in the energy sectors and its desire to become a strategic partner for both national and international clients and professionals, building long-term relationships.

We are ambitious, so we have ambitious plans. We have succeeded in becoming one of the largest players in Italy for the search and selection of middle managers in the energy sector. Now we want to replicate our success abroad.

We are looking for a young, ambitious and passionate recruitment consultant to join our team, in order to further develop the European business in the energy ecosystem (power, renewables, energy efficiency, grid technologies and management consulting). You will be based in Milan and London

**Main responsibilities**:

- Present potential new clients and turn opportunities into reality;
- Identify potential leads and decision makers within the client organization;
- Identify and develop relationships with clients;
- Assess and fulfill the needs of each particular client or assignment;
- To achieve your goals.

**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of 3 years of recruiting/consulting experience;
- Background in energy & utilities recruiting, with an established network of professional relationships within the market (Nice to have);
- Essential Bachelor's degree (preferably in Literature or Human sciences);
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Exhibit a high ability to interact with people at all levels, generating trust with clients through understanding their needs;
- Demonstrate an efficient and well-organized work approach and be able to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines;
- Languages: English (required), Italian (would be a great asset).

Location: Milan/London.
