The Career Advisor responsible for this position is: Elisa Boccacci **Job Description**: Activities: - installation and configuration of basic operating systems (Windows) - installation and configuration of smartphones (IOS & Android) - configuration and management of workstations - configuration and management of peripherals (printers, scanners, barcode readers ) - management of problems concerning workstations including peripherals - ticket management for second level support. - maintenance of corporate SLAs in ticket resolution - implementation of all preventive actions aimed at ensuring compliance with the minimum service levels **Qualifications**: Qualification: Degree in Computer Engineering (or possibly also a higher diploma in computer science) Specific knowledge areas: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Windows and IOS systems Good knowledge of software distribution systems (MS SCCM) Experience in IT troubleshooting Excellent knowledge of the English language completes the profile.
