Pininfarina, multinational group, famous for its design services in the automotive sector, is looking for the following profile for Cambiano (Turin) site:
**Electrical / Electronic Junior development leader**:
**Key Responsibilities / Main tasks**
- Plan the project team activities, respecting the overall project schedule
- Project reviews
- Evaluation of the robustness of the deliverable according to agreed project contents and targets with focus on
- Completeness/congruence
- Adherence to Targets
- Assessment of functions
- Create and monitor concern reports with PF tools
- Application of PF tools and processes

Hierarchical report: Head of product development

Functional Reporting: EE Development Manager / Project responsible

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
**Basic requirements**
- Familiarity with multiplex diagnosis tools Canalyzer, Canoe, Door applied to diagnose and configure complex E/E architectures;
- Knowledge of communication protocols CAN, LIN, Flexray ;
- Knowledge of automotive electronics and related integration issues;
- Knowledge of automotive wiring harness components and installation;

**It is also required**:

- Ability to work in multi-cultural teams and to organize complex tasks;
- Focus on technical details;
- Good problem solving capability;
- Proactivity.
- CAD Competence : Catia V5 / NX
- Knowledge of PDMs tools is a plus
- MS Office
- English: B2 proficiency

- Strong communication skills with the ability to organize design reviews and convey design changes to change management teams.
- Organization and scheduling of team work
- Must have a flexible approach to working hours, travel requirements and adaptability to changing and multiple priorities.
