**Who we are looking for**:
As a Quality Junior Specialist you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our quality standards, streamlining processes, and supporting our certification endeavours. This position is designed for those who are early in their career and looking to grow within the quality and process management field.

**Few examples of responsibilities**:

- Inspection, testing and measuring products using metrology instruments (e.g., callipers, roughness gauges, tally plane, micrometre, 3D scanning etc) and generation of control reports
- Ensure compliance of the product with respect to internal and external standards and requirements (i.e. monitoring operations, reporting inconsistencies)
- Collaborate with Technical Department to define product quality requirements and generating control plan
- Report product and process non-conformances, quality-related issue and analysis of root-causes
- Support in auditing activities (internal audit and external audit)
- Support in definition of internal process standards
- Support in drafting procedures of Company’s internal processes according to internal requirements and external standards and regulations

**Ideal Background**:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace, Management Engineering) or Quality field
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
- Ability to write technical documents and presentations
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and tolerances
- Basic knowledge of inspecting techniques and quality control technologies
- Knowledge of Quality Standard ISO 9001 and/or EN 9100 is considered a plus
- Italian and English proficiency
