As a **3D Artist**, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and textures that enhance the visual experience of our games. You will collaborate closely with designers and programmers to ensure that your art integrates seamlessly into the game environment, contributing to the overall aesthetic and gameplay experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create detailed 3D models, textures, and materials using industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
- Collaborate with rigging, technical artists, and animators to ensure models are optimized for animation needs.
- Texture and prepare assets for key visuals while working closely with the Art Director and the art team.
- Maintain and improve the character production pipeline.
- Write and prepare briefs for work with outsource vendors, reviewing their work as necessary.
- Work with directors and production teams to estimate and plan tasks effectively.
- Optimize assets for performance while maintaining high visual quality.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a 3D Artist in the gaming industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max) and texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop).
- Skills in both organic and hard-surface modeling.
- Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is preferred.
