Kia Italia s.r.l., National Sales Company of Kia Corporation, offers an internship in its Finance department.

The **Controlling Trainee **will support the Controlling Manager and the team in order to:

- Ensure accurate analysis of monthly and quarterly budget consumption, investigating variances against the plan by analyzing RFA (request for approval) and reporting significant variances to Controlling Manager
- Check directly that vendors’ invoices have been authorized by the appropriate RFA process and are assigned to the appropriate cost center
- Evaluate, revise and update rolling forecasts coming from other Company’s departments
- Advice on savings, when spending budget has to be reduced
- Reconcile analytical and management accounting
- Support Budget in charge person in the assigned Departments for Workflow functionalities and maintain the ERP
- Maintain roles and permissions in Sap for budget purposes
- Maintain budget files to work with
- Support the monthly reporting process
- Support the CO-FI reconciliation

The paid internship will last three months, renewable for another three. Meal vouchers are also provided.

**Education**:
University degree in economics or equivalent

**Skills**:
Italian: mother tongue or fluent

English: fluent, spoken and written

Good numbers literacy and understanding

MS-office proficient

Some experience with financial reporting software desirable (SAP knowledge is a plus)

Accounting knowledge
